These "People run away from the Iron Gear and live with others for a while" episodes are getting to be a little much. First we had Jiron run off and get captured, then Elchi run off to live with a dude, and now we've had Rag leave and she's already on her second new boyfriend in all but name. It's a bit much, though that's 80's Tomino for you I guess.

Agree with the other posters. That last scene was brutal. Couldn't believe that Rag would be part of an attempt to seriously injure or kill her, essentially, family. Her reasoning for leaving in the first place was quite fickle.
