| So what do you hate or love about rom-com anime? It can be anything from cliches to deadlines to character stereotypes, problems with the time it takes o come out. etc this is just a fun place to flesh out everyone favorite and least favorite parts about rom-com anime!! So for me that would be that in rom-coms I hate the stereotypical romance where they do school romance and how the "main" heroine always wins. Basically any new heroines introduced don't actually win they are just there for humor or to drive the story or etc. I mean I guess there may be a few exceptions but I have not really seen any so far. Also I dislike how sometimes this genre can get very repetitive because then certain themes become too cliche. However I feel like this is interesting because it forces anime and manga creators to be more creative with their work so as to avoid repetition! So what do you all think love and hate about rom-com anime?? |

| I'd guess I dislike the way main heroes usually act. They're mostly overly oblivious to the fact that several girls are all over them and you aren't going to tell me anybody would be that numbskulled. There is also no way that these guys are always so innocent and pure that they even flinch by thinking about the one girl they like. Also the horrible thing called nosebleeds. They're awfully overdone. The main thing I'd like would just be the sweet and calm story these kinds of shows usually give off. It isn't anything heavy storywise and actually very relaxing to just sit back and see how it unfurls. |

Like I can understand some guys being dense, I'm occasionally like that but come one there is a limit! And ya the nosebleeds are a little over used. Makes me wonder if the mc's ever need to get checked by a doc or something. lol |

| I love those cheesy moments that make you laugh, as well as the awkward moments when the guy doesn't know what to do with this cute charming girl. I dislike it when a guy acts all flustered and just nosebleeds alll the time instead of chatting up the girls |

| Ya I know what you all mean I hate it when the guy gets interrupted, happens all the time! Argh! But ya the heart warming scenes are great. I honestly just wish that the girl the mc ends up with is not always so predictable. Like you can always tell its gonna be the title girl or the first one he meets etc. |

| I love the bond between two characters.It's really nice to see how much two characters love each other and getting closer after the time.:3 Things I hate: -interrupted love confession or kiss. -dumb perverted main character who can't choose between many girls. |

| I'm not fond of too much love drama, especially triangle dramas. Also how the anime usually ends as a cliffhanger or unfinished. |
