| As you guys already know, a sequel for Utawarerumono on the PS3 has been announced in 2011. I am curious, whenever this game gets released, if ever, do you think there will be a season 2 for the anime that will be adapted? I don't know how some people are able to buy the game for the first Utawarerumono game, unless you live in Japan or something, but since it's possible that a game is coming out for the PS3, does it mean that it will be released in the US as well? If so, I'd definitely buy the game cause I am curious to follow the story after what happens. Tears To Tiara II will see an English release as well, so I hope Utawarerumono will follow? |

| I don't think we're able to tell if there will be an adaptation. It depends on what kind of projects the studies and producers already have, what is trending in the anime scene and, above all, how much does the game sell. There are a lot of variants to consider here so anything can happen. I, for one, hope that it does get animated. I really want to know what happened to our gang. As for the game, I really doubt it will see an english release. Utawarerumono wasn't that much of a big deal here, which is why there was never an english version of the first one. So I think that it wouldn't make much sense if the sequel had one. |
