DO NOT DISCUSS ANYTHING BEYOND THIS CHAPTER. ---------------------------------------- So Falco left because of his interactions with Katt that highlighted independence? I'm not sure if that's the case but it's what I got from it. Telling her he flies solo (granted, in a romantic sense) & not telling Kat not to rely on him (that's the reason he gave for leaving her crew at least). Not 100% that I got why Falco decided to leave but that's what makes the most sense. Despite the title, the plot with Shears resurrecting Andross was more prevalent & it, while predictable, was enjoyable. & as was the whole manga. For a one-shot, I rather enjoyed it, had some chuckle moments & it was pretty fast, didn't really feel rushed though. I'd like the art & it being entirely in color was a nice touch though at points I had trouble following what was going on panel to panel (like, Falco & Fox's dog-fight). Also, the ending of the manga contradicts the beginning of Star Fox Adventures, which is a minor problem. Still, I enjoyed it well enough & Fox threw a rapier into Andross's eyes. 7/10. |
