With such a wide variety of visual mediums out there, what aspect of anime or manga appeals to you?

For me it would primarily be all the over-the-top, hot-blooded super robot shows. There really isn't any other medium that can offer anything even remotely similar(or awesome). Of course, just one look at my profile could tell you super robots are hardly the majority of my catalog; I try to watch as many genres as possible, which leads to another point - the variety. I've yet to encounter another medium with such a broad spectrum of genres. There is seriously something for almost everyone. Not to mention the gargantuan library of between both anime and manga...

Huh...this sounds suspiciously familiar...doshite? Doshite? Oh yeah, observatory night.

For me, the stories seem to be more far entertaining and less shallow than North American shows. The story lines are more of a roller coaster ride and well, I'm drawn to the wackiness of the Japanese culture. Music's cool too.

Dang it, I can't remember how I answered this the first time? I just remember it was good.
