can someone explain. I only saw flowers on the ending song so I'm really curious why is it the title. Is there another meaning to it?

(Spoilers kinda)

Wow you guys were looking for a deep answer, but I'm pretty sure it mostly comes from Numachi Rouka's name (沼地 蠟花), in which 花 (flower) is pronounced "ka". Her name stands for "wax flower". Also, the first girl who came to Numachi in "Hard Mode" also had "花" in her name, with a "prettier" meaning than "wax flower" (sorry can't remember) and she admits that she was a bit jealous about it.
The story is more about Numachi that Kanbaru, so it would make sense that it be called after the former.

No one will see this because this post is 6 years old, but I'm just nerding out because I just finished reading the light novel. Okay bye.
