There's nothing wrong with behaving like a human :D

Quite a chapter this week. Well, emotions stirs up trouble...although I think part of that was very difficult to control.

It might just be me, seeing as I've never been through Tanbabashi's situation, but he's being pretty selfish. Just my opinion.

So much shit happening with Inari. Though Inari has her own power now, it seems like somehow Uka and Inari are still connected. When Uka wishes to be human, to me, it seems like she's taking Inari's human side, which is why she feels faint at times. And then there's Inari, still not sure about this, making a big wish takes a lot of divine power, which in turn also sucks up Uka's power, turning her into a human. Just my opinion.

No matter what the cause, I'm so freakin' happy Uka became human. My dose of inari konkon has definitely been fulfilled. Argh, if only we didn't have to wait so long for new chapters.. Anyways, go Uka! Can't wait to see what happens!

Man that slap must've hurt. I feel bad for Tanabashi, although he shouldn't be too selfish. He has to think about his mom's happiness too.

I find it interesting how Uka's head tilt during the kiss switched from left to right so quickly

Damn these cliffhangers.

So, now that Uka became human, did Inari turn into a God at the same time?

They finally kissed :')
I feel bad for Kouji's family, he's not thinking wrong actually. However, when the time comes for him, he will have to leave his family and make a new one. So, he should accept that marriage for his mother sake.
Inari's transformation seems cause a problem for Uka-sama. Now, Uka is human and Inari is God?

Aww felt so sorry for the little brother! So much progression in this chapter! Uka and Touka Scene was really cute, but I do think a lot of sadness is going to happen in the next few chapters.

Oh my flippin' goddess!!! Did Inari just take all of Uka's divine power? I think that her desire to grant Tanbabashi's wish just pushed her over the edge to becoming the goddess, leaving Uka as a human...

I wonder if it is reversible...

Meanwhile, it appears both Shirou and Tanbabashi are having major issues with mom's new relationship. Shirou was totally out of line messing with that other kid, but so was Tanbabashi when he hit his brother like that.

As for Inari's transformation, unless she is able to channel as well, she really knows that it is useless to transform into his father so he can "see" him. It is still her inside. I wonder if she is going to exhibit a new power and be able to channel his father's spirit so he can actually talk to his father and get some sort of closure...

But, the real problem, is that after she transforms back, I have a feeling that Tanbabashi will no longer be able to see her, since she is likely to be the new goddess of the Fushimi Inari Shrine.

(In case anyone hadn't figured it out, Inari and Tanbabashi live in the Fushimi ward of Kyoto and the Inari shrine in the manga is the Fushimi Inari Shrine, the primary shrine to Inari. The fact that Inari's last name is Fushimi is a clear indication that she is tied to the shrine. I just hope it isn't an indication that she will end up tied to it eternally...)

EDIT: For those who are bashing on Tanbabashi, remember: he is really just a kid. He and Inari are both in middle school. (2nd year? 1st year? I don't remember which...) He had the "man of the house" mantel tossed on to him when he was still a grade school kid. That is a tough situation for a kid to handle. So far, he's done an admirable job of it, but his actual age and maturity level is leaking through with his inability to handle his mom's new relationship. (Kid having trouble dealing with step parents is not some sort of fantasy world issue. There is a reason so many nasty fairy tales have the step-parent as the bad guy/evil witch. Based on child abuse statistics, there is a fair amount of evidence that it is a well founded fear from which those fairy tales are built, though step-fathers are more likely to be a problem than step-mothers and step-mothers are over-represented in the fairy tale side...)

It would be greater if this series just about Touka and Uka relationship. Inari's side kinda childish for me.

Please dont use that "He is just a kid" cliche thing. If that were used on every manga/anime, then it would mean that we are applauding and accepting bad behavior. He is just a punk who needs to stop acting like an over-sensitive drama queen (and that has nothing to do with age).

Thank god there is someone here with some kind of sense, and not just bashing Inari/Kouji just for the sake of bashing.

Anyways, the author has been doing a good work with these clffhangers lately.
Now, the question is, what happens next? Does Inari go through that whole thing and transforms into Kouji's father, or does someone (Kouji, since Kon and Uka are not present at the moment and no one else has an idea what's going on) stop her?

Also, I'm still eagerly waiting Inari and Touka's parents' reactions to Uka. I mean, suddenly an unconscious girl has appeared in Touka's room with no one ever coming in.

I'm mostly in this for Uka and Touka's side of things, so it made me happy to see Uka being human now. I do wonder if it would be permanent though, since I don't think she would be happy if it meant that Inari had to take on her responsibilities instead.

YEEEEEEES!!!!! She's humaaaaaaan! I hope it stays that way. Though someone's got to have that divine power. Probably one of them has to be a goddess in order for the other to be human. I hope they find a way.
