| Well, i haven't seen the X-Men anime. But so far i've noticed a few things. Actually i think, these are rather cameos. I'll try to be as spoiler free as possible, in case anyone comes across this thread, that haven't seen it yet. -Master Roshi reminds me a lot of DB's Master Roshi, but he talks like yoda (and who could have guessed). -Rinka's father = Wolverine. -Murasaki's father = Leonidas. -The barrista (sorry my name memory is short, if it was even mentioned) = Steven Segal -Kagura and Yomi at the begining from Ga-Rei Zero. But we have some more here. Ghost Busters, Bruce Lee, John Travolta, Colonel Sanders, and even a GTA V commercial. |

| What's with all the Tokyo ESP threads all of a sudden? And no it's not, but there a couple references to X-men, and to several other productions. |

| Remember when the movie Jumper (based on a book by Steven Gould, my fave author) came out and it was criticesed for having major similarities to X-Men's Nightcrawler's teleporting fog/smoke so why woudn't anyone critize this lame anime too since the teleporters have the same fogging effect too. TESP is a ridiculous homage to X-Men with the protagonist's "Let's become friends and hold hands while watching the sunset" shonen style of thinking. Lame, |
