After anime where should I start the in manga?

Is there a huge differnce between the two? Or should I just read all of it. I just started Season two btw!

Haha I know! But there is only two seasons and 300 chapters in the manga. So I wanted to know if there was a place I should start reading from after im finished watching? Like where should I start from?
