i think its much closer to MAR then naruto i meant its got items that only some ppl can use because magic power they have different ratings but if the "magic power" or "spirt power" of the user is stronger then a weak one can easily beat a strong 1
and the art isnt really all that close to naruto
sure the main characters life story has some similarity but its not enough to call him a copy cat
and venom or w.e seems like chess and the government well it takes a back seat in both and is partially corrupted and stuff
and his 666 o part thing could be compared to fake arms
the devil form he has is nothing like the 9 tail beast and is it really uncommon for manga to use tentacles or tails and junk?
the groups pretty simular so far even the same order...
the first person to join was a female who teaches him the basics and is on a hunt to collect ARMs then they run in to a boy at first hes not to friendly but hes just putting up a wall to outsiders then he joins then they run into a mentor how helps them grow...

Kishimoto Seishi is Kishimoto Masashi's twin brother
i think its fusion of MAR and Naruto coz if we're talking about the weapon its MAR but if it's the beast like the angel and devil its on Naruto but one thing is for sure to me i do love 666 more than Naruto...^^
It definitely has some similarities to Naruto(especially with the powers and some character relationships) but they're far enough and most are pretty superficial so that they're two different series.
Here's the list I was making for fun, with spoilers up to the last chapter of 666 Satan and Naruto Shippuden episode 400 with a Naruto manga spoiler up to the ending, spoiler tagged of course.
Jio's scarf similar to the one Konohamaru wears. Really large and gets in the way.
The 666 logo has the same look and twirl at the end as the Konoha logo.
Black flames that don't go out in the 3rd chapter.
Main character being alone, doesn't know of his parents, and said to have been cursed or whatever. Someone saying he killed their family and many people pick on him. Gains a dream to help escape from that sadness.
Meditating with birds on head(Naruto and Sasuke's friend do it) chapter 5.
Talking dog.
Chapter 9, same situation as with Orochimaru. Even if we give him what he wants he'll still kill us, enemy also keeps his tounge out similar to how Orochimaru does.
Boomerang is used similar to Fuma shuriken, as a decoy while fighting, etc. It even looks like one after it is fixed after the first time it breaks.
Thing inside of them that takes over at times and is very angry, has sort of tails similar to the kyuubi. The MCs are both able to go to a sort of inner room to see them, both were first shown as a big red eye.

Flames on Wise's body similar to Sasuke's curse mark.
The thing inside of him tells someone to hate him, hate the one who made him so lonely. Similar to what Itachi said to Sasuke, he also wiped out the people close to him.
The way Wise uses his power reminds me of Tobi.(more of a personal observation)
Wise looks a little like Gaara and whines about his red blood when cut.
The Alkaid Spirit thing looks similar to the Pain statue thing or the juubi, turns out it's connected to a race's eye power(similar to the sharingan being connected to the juubi I think).
Turns out Kaguya in Naruto also has an eye on her forehead similar to the race in 666 Satan
Kirin is similar to Kakashi, scar over one eye(both on their left eye(Kirin also has one on his left cheek)), part of his face hidden(his eyes in Kirin's case), the teacher of the MC, and tells the MC he has to make his own special move and that everyone else has one already and he needs it to move to the next stage. Both have at one point while training the MC thought and compared them to their parent/s. Both warn a character about sorrow or revenge. Both have a special eye that they keep hidden(one with hair, the other with cloth), an eye that hurts and starts bleeding the more it is used. He even has white hair in the color pages.
A group of people who want the MC for something in him. Akatsuki and Zenom, there's also a similarity to the members of the groups. There is a guy that has reduced himself to one body part and hides in a domish shaped puppet similar to Sasori. It also has masks that determine which element it uses similar to Kakuzu. The same puppet guy also has the power to put masks on people and then have connects their bodies so they do the same as him and as he's invincible/not human he separates his body or moves it in odd ways for them to die, similar to Hidan who was the partner of the Akatsuki who used the five elements. The mask design can be considered similar to Hidan's face paint design.
Both have a line about not caring if their hands or feet are cut off. Jio's was I won't forgive you even if my hands and feet are cut off, Naruto's is something about beating Orochimaru and saving Sasuke that he'll keep going even if his hands, feet, etc is cut down and he's just down to his head.
Some guy's power is about touching other people's and things shadows (with knives) except he slows them down instead of stopping and controlling them.
Both have the female of the group coming in between two characters(main character and sort of his rival, more like his opposite I guess) using their special moves trying to stop them. Iconic side shot.
They get into a tournament or exam, start acting loud among the other participants, one person in the group apologizes for them after seeing how angry the other participants are looking at them.
One of the MCs used a naked woman technique to distract opponent then the other MC makes an ugly girl similar to Naruto and Konohamaru in the beginning(ironically Jio who has the scarf similar to Konohamaru is the one who made the ugly one).
Fat guy eats dumplings for power similar to Chouji when saving Sasuke.
Pain and Shuri both are from countries that were in between a fight between two other countries and their parents protecting them died. While in Naruto the soldiers were scared and in Satan they didn't care. Pain activated his Rinnegan and Shuri coincidentally found an OPT weapon.
When whatever is in them is free it has used a scream to knock enemies away.
For both there is a necklace that has sort of restrained their inner power when they went berserk.
Both have a sort of statue or stone wall type thing that absorbs the inner demon/angel from people(well in 666 Satan it absorbs their whole body) and there is some sort of end use as a weapon. In both stories it is also very hard to take the demon out of the person without killing them.
Someone's brother coming back, can't feel pain, and crumbles when he dies. Not quite the edo tensei but similar in tone.
Radical change of a small dog to a large wolf one during a timeskip, similar to that of Akamaru during the timekip.
Kujaku, a character who physical attacks won't hit him, they'll go through him like with Tobi.
Kirin has a younger brother that is always behind him and sought the gaze of his father, Kirin was able to activate his eye much earlier and stronger than Kujaku. Similar to Saskue and Itachi. The younger brother also turns to a power he shouldn't for his goal
Zero the wolf has an Izanagi type power.
Guy has the power to make clones, throws illusionary knifes but his real aim was from behind. Kinda common sense but I thought I'd mention it.
Warp or teleportation is also possible given some certain conditions. Same with telepathy.
Those were at least the ones I noticed while reading. There may be more.
