Naruto is an ENFP
Despite what appears Se like its pure Ne
He is quite intuitive as he can easily change and adapt to new scenarios

Sasuke is an INxJ
Unhealthy one at that
He shows Ni more than Se proof by his foresight and prediction of abilities and infact he is VERY VERY persistent in his goals and due to it has tunnel vision.
Se would not be as focused while Sasuke is very focused into it.
My bet is he is a INTJ but could also be debated as an INFJ
