How sad is Little Busters? Have I been spoiled big?

I've been hearing mixed things about the show "Little Busters" and "Refrain" which is it's second season. I looked up on Yahoo "Is Little Buster's sad?" and a question came up that said "Are you Sad the best girl died in Little Busters?" I didn't click on it, but now I'm kind of irritated since I know that the reason why it must be sad is because someone dies. Is there more to it at the end which makes it sad? Please No Spoilers!!!
