| I think that it plays in an alternative past were WWII already ended decades ago, it's difficult to tell since they portray Japan as the center of the world. Some see this as retelling of the Pacific War and that everyone is dead at the end, US citizens might be a little biased in this regard lol Or does the Abyssals really stand for USA, it would give the whole show a bad taste. |
