| Aincrad has level caps for its monsters and bosses as well as for the players Every Floor has a level cap of 5 Ex: Floor 1- levels 1-5 monsters Floor 2- levels 6-10 monsters Every Boss Character is 5 levels above the floor cap THIS MEANS YOU CANNOT SOLO A BOSS Once a boss if defeated the next town area is opened up, but not ever portal leads to the next town area so pay attention to where you end up You can travel between floors that have been discovered At Level 10: You can choose to add advanced skills and have up to 3 Specializations Your advanced skills help choose your specializations You can only level one battle specialization (b) and one support specialization (s) at a time Known Specializations: Weapon Smith (s) Cook (s) Seamstress (s) Negotiator (s) Pharmacist (s) Miner (s) Hunter (b) Trapper (b) Tank (b) Besearker (b) Familiar Tamer (b) Martial Artist (b) Swordsman (b) Pirate (b) Paladin (b) Assassin (b) THERE IS NO DUAL WIELDING GAINING LEVELS has changed. Defeating one enemy will not constitute a level change immediately. To level up certain conditions must be met 1. Defeating a significant amount of enemies at your level 2. Defeating a smaller number of enemies above your level 3. Once you pick a specialization, you level that up to max level rather than your total level 4. Defeating a quest boss raises you half a level 5. Defeating a floor boss will raise you one level 6. All levels max at 100: that means total levels and specialization levels |
