| Ren had been waiting in line with his friend their turn to by the nervegear and SAO coming up next |
| Yamada said very eagerly, "I hope they don't run out before we get our hands on one of the nervegears" she said to ren. |
| "Oi it's our turn" Ren said as he walked to the counter "two nervegear and Sword Art Online for both of us" Ren said |
| The shopkeeper looked them in the Eyes "WILL THAT BE CASH OR CREDIT CARD" he said practically shouting at them with a heavy Southern Japanese accent. Yamada just giggled since she didint know how to respond to that at all. |
| "Credit" Ren said holding up his card |
| The man Scanned The Two boxes of nerve Gear, He handed them both to ren, they were about 30 Pounds each because the shop owner was selling them as fast as hotcakes and the nervegear Cushion and protection was so much you could even say it would work as a bullet proof shield! Yamada Teased Ren "maybe we should walk to your house instead of using the bus!" she laughed. |
| Ren held them with ease "Could you carry the games Yamada?" Ren asked |
| Yamada nodded and held the games that ren handed to her, She said " I bet Rule 34 games are going to be made for this console" As she followed him. |
| "Probably just have to be careful what you get" Ren said as he walked to his house |
| Yamada followed Ren as he walked to his house, she asked him " Do you have any family currently at home?" she asked as she was walking with him. |
| "No I live alone" Ren said as they arrived |
| Yamada Slipped off her shoes and carried the games in, She took one of the nerve gears and Unpacked it quickly. She took out the instructions and Read them out loud But of course she accidentally chose the English side, It had one because Many investors of the company that spoke English requested it. "Car...Caribrate...Calibrate..... Ehhtooooo" she tried reading the English thinking this was the only side to it. |
| Ren laughed a little and kindly took it and flipped it to the Japanese side of the manual |
| She flipped over to the other side she read the instructions out loud Note please read instructions BEFORE putting nerve gear on STEP ONE: Put Battery in Nerve Gear STEP TWO: Plug Nervegear in outlet STEP THREE: Make sure the Nerve Gear looks fine -Description and picture of what a New nerve gear should look like- STEP FOUR: Make sure To turn ON the nerve gear before putting it on" CONGRATS YOU HAVE MADE IT TO THE CALIBRATION STAGE Step one: Put on NerveGear and Turn it on Step Two: Do Three Jumping Jacks Step Three: Bend over and touch your toes Step Four: Touch your face, Then Gradually your arms, then your torso, and your bottom. Step Five: Take picture of yourself and Upload it to the nervegear Yamada was quite Suspicious of the Nerve gear instructions but she put hers on first, made sure everything was in place then started the calibration process. |

| She finished and laid on the floor, She made the account and then waited for ren to give the go ahead when she reached the COMPLETE CHARACTER button to enter the game together. |
| "Go ahead" Ren said then he said Link start! And he was now in the game |
| "link Start!" she says then a beam of lights arrive and now she is in the game. |
| Drake was finishing up at his part-time job at a game store and due to the SAO release it had been a busy day when he was ringing up his last costumer it was yet another person who recognized him from his gaming tournaments but this guy seemed a little cooler then most as he wasn't star struck so they talked a bit while he completed his order. Hiroto: "So I'm guessing you'll be in there once you finish work." it was last of a question and more of a statement of fact but he was using it to lead to a question he was gonna pop. Drake: "You know it, I do have an image to keep up you know?" he was quite full of himself "Bet I'll have it beat in no time" he said stroking his ego. Hiroto: "That so?" he said with a chuckle "You must have picked a name for yourself by now then or were you just going to recycle one of your old ones?" he knew if he could get Drake on his friend list he'd have a partner that would make the game a lot funner seeing as most the guys he knew weren't getting the game till "all the bugs were worked out". Drake: He just nodded his head not making it a habit of naming out his usernames much less to someone who might hold him back "If you want to know it I need to ask a few questions" he said with a smirk as he completed his order and began to clock out he asked Hiroto about the games he had played and a few stats from his multiplayer games and after they finished he seemed satisfied "You got a good amount under your belt, guess we could party together at the start, I normally start solo though" he said as he got his stuff and they headed out the door. Hiroto: "Same here, I like to get the game down so I don't embarrass myself" he chuckled "I was going to go with the username Lancelot, due to the limited release I think I got a good chance of getting the name" he said with a smile happy he wasn't going to start the game off with no one on his friend's list. Drake: Looked at Hiroto for a moment wondering if he was reading his mind "That's funny, I was going to pick Arthur for the same reason" he grinned at the coincidence "The Knights of the Round clearing the game would be something to see" Hiroto: Laughed heartily "It's only fate that our paths should cross on this day!" he wrapped his arm around Drake and hand his fist in the air "The Knight of the Round will be the Heros of SAO!" Drake: Much to his discomfort to have the much bigger man being so close especially since they just met but what he said did sound pretty cool "alright then, I see you online, we should meet up from the start despite how we normally play, if we're going to start this duo I should teach you a few tricks I know" he was looking forward to hanging out with someone who seemed to have as much confidence in gaming as he did that was looking more at playing together with him over being his rival and he needed to know from the start if he was as good as he said he was. Hiroto: Smacked Drake on the back pushing him forward a little "Sounds good King" he said teasingly "I'll get on first thing so don't keep me waiting!" and with that they parted ways each eager to get playing. Drake tried sneaking his new game into the house but his father was waiting for him "I thought I told you to be home 2 hours ago" a stern voice came from behind Drake just as he thought he was in the clear so he turned to face his father "I had to stay overtime because it was launch day for..." he tried to stand his ground but his father was very intimidating though not as big as the guy he just met he was a lot more intense "I don't care what it was for! I told you if you stayed late again you would have to quit! I don't need this job getting in the way of your school work anymore then the games you buy with it already have!" his father wasn't quite yelling but he was loud enough to make his point "No, I can't quit! It was just..." he tried to explain but was cut off "I don't care! As long as you're in my house you do as I say! I will be calling your manager in the morning!" he turned around and started walking off "But.." "No buts!" he said as he opened his door making Drake fill with rage from being ignored "You don't ever try to understand! I hate you!" he said to him before running to his room, locking the door and turned on his game that he already had set up to get started and try to calm himself down as he muttered stuff under his breath. Hiroto: Got home as fast as he could and got his game set up in his bachelor pad, while it installed and updated he got something to eat, he had taken a full week off of work to really get time to grinned out the first bit of the game. The night before he was at the bar with his friends talking about it and was really disappointed when he found out they weren't getting it at launch like he was but he told them he'd help power level them once they did join. Hearing the ping of the completed update he finished his food brushed his teeth and got ready to start his new epic in SAO. |
| He has been waiting for this for ages now,waiting for a chance to use the nerve gear. Luckily he woke up really early in the morning to get a good spot in line to get this when he was finally up to being served; he asked for one nerve gear and a copy of SAO when he got home he was so exicted he couldent stop moving (he will be doing soon though XD) he set it all up and placed in sword art. He phoned some friends to see if they are getting it. Only one replied with yes so he said "See you in game when i can" and then hung up. He sad down on the bed put the nerve gear on and relised "how the hell do i use this thing" he got up read the booklet and said "Ah im suck an idoit" "LINK START!" |
