| Aarin walked down a hallway in his secure area of the ship designated as his Family's quarters, Only his family and his most loyal of Guards could ever enter. |
| (Is the ship docked?) |
| (Nope, its in the middle of space, nowhere near Valiant since they're in a state of neutrality) |
| (okay, can I make it so Itami sneaked on before it was in space?) |
| (Considering how guarded this ship would be id say its impossible sorry xD) |
| Alice was inside already just sat on a chair looking out through the window like under a spell. She was bored out of her mind, her only companions being the other on borders of the ship which were too boring and strict for her taste. There was nobody who was her age. There was nothing more to do yet just look out the window wishing she was somewhere else. anywhere else. There wasn't even any books that she hadnt memorised yet, now that was sad. |
| Aarin walked inside and looked around while sorting out his cuffs on his shirt "Whats wrong?" he asked not looking at her but obviously knowing the answer. Surprised she didnt know the news yet but she would find out soon anyway. |
| "What do you think?" She replied in a gruff voice without even turning to look at him, something their parents would have punished her for, but then again, if he did choose to do that then at least it would be something that hadn't happened yesterday, or the day before yesterday or even the week before. |
| "I thought you would of been happy at least today of all days, or maybe the days to come." He said as he walked into his bedroom, which was across from Alice's and in the middle was the living room which she was in at the moment. He popped on his Formal Jacket since it was a very very important meeting today. |
| "What farce of a meeting do you have today?" She called to him without moving, "They don't even do anything, so why does anyone even bother with politics these days?" She let out a long audible sigh |
| Walking back into the room he looked to her "This one is big, Apparently the Valiant Government want me and my Family, Meaning you to visit their ship and take a tour of good faith, thats what this meeting is about, im meeting their representative." He sighs |
| Alice looked at him suddenly, her eyes sparkling with hope "does that mean we will be moving?" Her tone finally seemed excited, what wasn't to be excited about the meeting! She would finally get off the ship! And meet some real people! |
| "No we wouldnt, not permanently, We'll probably be docking with them and living in one of their penthouses for a little while for the tour, accompanied with all the guards we need, we are Royal After all" |
| "Oh" Alice sounded slightly dejected. Looking at what she was wearing, which was a pair of black slacks and an orange t-shirt she stretched standing up "do I have to attend the meeting as well then?" She yawned while covering her mouth |
| Aarin shook his head "No, only the higher ups and myself, you can stay here" he said looking towards her and examining her attire "And put some clothes on, we have an image to maintain" |
| "Nobody ever comes in here, plus these are clothes, just because it's not some stupid frilly dress and you can see my bare skin of my arms doesn't mean it's not clothes" she grumbled sitting back down and crossing her legs. Finally she was going to get off this stupid ship! Even if it were for only a few days, maybe she could persuade whoever was in charge there to take her in as a protégé? |
| "Get Dressed properly, Now" he stated rather roughly and started to head to the door to the hallway |
| "Yes milord, my beloved King, I am nothing more than your vassal to obey your every command" she said in a mocking tone as she also got up and started walking, while slouching and dragging her feet on purpose, towards her room |
| "Stupid girl, you'll learn" He said and headed off into the hallway, being met by two of his generals and a number of Royal Guard. "To the Meeting" He stated as they walked off down the hallway. |
| Alice entered her chambers still muttering incoherent phrases and flopped on her bed |
| [in the interest of time and boredum] Aarin was in the meeting for a little over 3 hours, with the answer being sorted out and carefully thought out he headed back to his chambers. |
| Alice has fallen asleep on her bed and she was still in the same clothes |
| Aarin went in to check in on her, as he saw her asleep he decided to let her sleep....not "Alice! Wake up" |
| Groggily she opened up an eye "I could be naked" she slurred half asleep while rolling over so her face was in the pillows "yet you just barge into my quarters" her voice was muffled from the pillow. |
| "Yet your not and because i can, Its approved, were setting a course for the Valiant" he said walking out her room and back into the living room. |
| Hearing this she perked up instantly and followed him out now fully awake like a lost puppy "you're serious? It's not some ruse to trick me to court some stupid aristocratic boy?" There was a hint of distrust in her voice, after all, this wouldn't have been the first time it had happened after all |
| "No ive gave up on that sort of thing, should take us about a week to get there due to all the space lanes being crowded , but that give us time to prepare" |
| A small smile decorated her lips hearing him admiting defeat yet it soon went, "prepare for what?" She had raised an eyebrow, mostly only curiosity lacing her voice now yet she was still weary to what they would have to 'prepare' for |
| "Protection, Clothing, Security etc etc" He said taking off his Jacket and setting it on a chair "Have to be careful in case its a trap or terrorist's try something when were docked." |
| "Can you specify? And can't we use the hyper space jump like you would use usually? A week seems too long a wait to actually get out of here" she said looking anew out of the window while she struggled to contain her excitement |
| "We arent just heading right there, we need to meet with our escorts and drop off various generals that do not wish to come with us" |
| "Mhm" Alice spoke plumping herself back onto the chair she had claimed as hers yawning and stretching her arms in the air "what type of clothing do I have to wear?" She was already fearing the worst |
| "Formal Clothing, we cannot show those people we have no manners, that we are at a higher state of living, so no dressing like that, got it?" he glared at her. |
| "Our definitions of formal differ slightly brother" there was a hint of annoyance in her voice. |
| "Your type of formal is a low cut skirt with your arms showing and various other parts correct? wrong, you shall be wearing dresses that fit your features and make you look the part, your a Royal not a street urchin Alice." |
| "My type of formal is actually jeans and a top that doesn't make my neck feel claustrophobic or the corset making me feel like my ribs are going to give in and crush my lungs along with a hoodie in case it's chilly. Also in the rare case I do wear a skirt then it's always two fingers above knee length, not a 'low cut skirt'. And who knows?" She continued her rant, it always sent her little patience over the edge when people reminded her she was Royal this and Royal that "maybe I might even prefer to be a street urchin than a stupid good for nothing Royal who is always in the shadow of everyone else or in the lime light for wanting to not be in the herd" she finished glaring out into space wishing the floor would swallow her, yet this desire was impossible in more than just the one sense |
| "Sometimes Alice, its hard to believe your my sibling" he said walking into his own room and it was true, at times he couldnt believe they were brother and sister with how different they were, they were different sides to a coin. |
| "Most of the times I wish I weren't" she muttered under her breath just staring into space like she had been for the past several years. Literally. Staring into space |
| After not hearing that last comment he proceeded to take off his shirt and get changed into more casual yet still formal wear that was when a knock hit the door. Knock Knock. Since only the most trusted could enter the family area it could only be a few people, this time the door would reveal a Royal Guard that was rather good friends with both of them. |

| (Aha, okay) "Come in" Alice shouted not in the mood to deal with whoever it was and contined to watch the Homunculus Nebula in front of her. She had seen so many over the yeas the once beautiful sight was now boring and dull. |
| The Man entered and looked around before he walked into the middle of the room "I have the reports for your brother, where is he?" he asked looking around and not seeing him, his armor was rather distinct, a red tint to designate Royal Guardsman. |
| "The so called prestigious Royal Quarters is made up of 3 rooms, the rebellios and good for nothing princess' quarters, the Royal Living room where you are standing in the middle of right now and my dear Royal Brother and King's room is, you would know if he was anywhere else in the ship, are you truly asking me this Royal Guardman? Not even Aristotle could figure out such a complicated enigma, so no doubt neither could non-geniuses like ourselves be able to even understand the complexity of the answer for such a complex and logical reason called the rule-of-three" sarcasm dripped from her voice, where's your brother, I need to speak to your brother, she was her brothers younger sister, she wasn't Alice. She wasn't her own person. She was the Kings younger sister |
| "Alright alright, trying to make a little conversation Alice.." He said before walking to the Kings door and knocking before being let inside "Yes?". "I Have the reports M'lord". "Thank you, you may leave". He bowed and headed into the living room once more. "You should find a guard to take you somewhere else, the view soon will be something you may not see again" the soldier said hinting at something, and it was true they were going to pass one planet that was rarely ever seen and would be one hell of a sight. |
| Alice perked up at this and stood up "you would be the same if you were stuck in here 24/7 without bring able to leave unless you have a guard with you, shall we then?" He was her most preferred out all of them since he was easy going, laid back and didn't voice all of his critics aloud like everyone else. |
| He motioned his finger for her to follow "Quick, we have to get down to the viewing deck before we miss it, its our first stop for some reason on the way" RC 27 as his designation or as people called him 'Baron' |
| She followed caught up to him at a quick jog, "brother told me that we were finally getting of here" she said excitedly, her annoyance from before forgotten since she was going to see something new |
| "Yeah, heading for that Colony ship, Valiant i think the name is, im guessing your excited?" he asked as they headed into a lift. |
