| they did two omake in this episode, the flying fishes and also the mushrooms, both were from omakes; they really did try to eat a village, lol |

| What's the point of animating omakes so early in the show? And the stock footage is seriously annoying. Not even Naruto or Bleach spammed all of this stock footage shit. At least they'll be getting back on track with the manga story next episode. |

| Wow was that ever a ridiculously bad filler. The mushrooms thing is done by everyone. Even One Piece did it. There's 163 chapters so far. There was no need to do a filler whatsoever. I'm just glad they're going back to the series again. |

| In One Piece mushrooms grow out of Luffy at a point. Thats probably what you were think of. That was an instant connection for me at least. Well it could have been worse, the filler could have been like 3 or 4 long. |

| Natsu: Human Flame-Broil Grill. This filler episode was lame, but the action wasn't all bad, I mean, this filler episode 'action' wasn't the worst ever, but I do hope that next time we get into some real action. And great explanation of what just happened, it completely sucked. Btw, that majou-shoujo scene always kicks me in the gut when I have to see it. x-x |

I found this ridiculous but funny at least....mushrooms. Another location told...Web Valley. Some sort of canyon that people get lost and die? I found the village interesting that it used some magic of Alive that was banned (why was it banned?) and it turns things into monsters that can eat you....sounds scary. Natsu/Lucy/Gray/Erza and Makarov were together and funny with their hunger. Another new animal was interesting:winged fish but it looks bad since Happy found it bad in taste then why was there a reward saying it was good? Erza standing above Makarov was funny when he was about to eat and she was hungry so was the part where Natsu and Gray grew mushrooms out of their heads with Lucy's reactions. The fight were great and of course Natsu/Erza are still my favorites in all those with #2 Lucy and her Tarus "Rampage" #3 comes as Gray (just personal taste). This episode showed well that Makarov can save, dispell and destroy spells of high difficult level...which is a good development. Now my favorite is Erza and 2 other great shots of her was shown in this episode... I am wondering if this is a Erza armor or a joke of some kind (manga readers looking at you to tell me)rarri said: No not at all, there are elements that are interesting and I mentioned them quite well.Pointless filler Wasabi said: Why it is a bother to you? | I personally thought the filler was hilarious, although animation quality was worse than usual. Even the stock footage was more welcome than Erza's fight scene. |

| I was actually quite amused. I liked it. The stock animation and all that doesn't really bother me. As long as the characters are moving and colorful, I'm pretty much okay with it. I don't have Filler Hate though. There's only one series that I have MAD, INSANE, INTENSE Filler Hate for. If you can guess what it is, you get a cookie. Erza vs. Natsu next time! Should be good! |

My guess would be bleach , or atleat for me it was ....because of the fillers, bleach is on hold for me :P So Erza borrowed Ichigos Zanpaktou..:P While they showed the mushroom growing , for a split second they added the Mario soundtrack. SO basically the episode contained nothing though enjoyed Grays nakedness..*he he* Erza vs Natsu , ofcourse Erzas going to win i guess , she looks a little different in the next episode while fighting.. Happy is an eyesore.., sorry but i just hate pets in animes.. |

| With last episode being decent, this one was so lame. I didn't laugh at any of the gags except when Happy was involved. Lucy was annoying. She seriously has a comment about everything. Happy does too but at least Happy makes funny comments. Next episode better be good or else FT is a goner for me. |

| After Bleach there is nothing to be surprised about a single filler episode so early. Seriously, when did Don Kanonji appear first in show? Like EP 10, maybe? And compared to him that episode with an empty village, some ground digger monsters and weird mushrooms was far not so bad. Slowly, tough not so surely, you're getting better, Studio Pierrot. |

But I like fillers, though! Well I don't think filler > plot but I don't think there's anything wrong with them. |

| How come people are hating this filler? It's a filler after all... I found this episode good and funny and the mushroom thing was adapted from the manga (I think it's an omake or something...) so it was not copied from One Piece since it was shown later than in Fairy Tail. BTW, lol at flying fishes XD Next episode will be more awesome since it's Natsu vs Erza. And... |

| Shutup everyone that is putting down this episode. It was hilarious. The slapstick in this anime, even during the non-filler episodes, always makes me laugh. This isn't the manga and you should be greatful that anime generally follow the manga so faithfully. A slight deviation from the original story is not a bad thing. I haven't read the manga but apparently this was even in the manga. Quit QQing. Good episode. |
