Its been three days since I made a spotlight! But don't worry because today I have one right here!
This animator is actually one of my favorites. Webgen animator Shingo Yamashita is one of the central figures in modern japanese animation. And who would've guessed, he's a sakuga fan just like us!
Yamashita(or nicknamed "yama") started out making gifs on the internet.

Despite this, he had a few good cuts in shows like Baccano but he made waves with his scenes on Birdy the Mighty:Decode series. In fact, he's responsible for animating the infamous climatic fight scene in season 2 finale, which was also the inspiration for the fight scene in Zack Synder's Man of Steel film.
Yamashita's cuts in the show were one of the most radical and high concept, which even impressed other animators. Yama lists Norio Matsumoto as an inspiration for his works.
His style consists of unsmooth or jittery webgen style: flat shading, extravagant effects, complete lack of outlines and comic exaggeration. However, his specialty is in character animation as his cuts become more visually abstract in more detail.
And the best part? All of his animations are done with Macromedia Flash!

Yamashita is one of the most innovative animators in the industry today. Other scenes he's animated was for Naruto Shippuden infamous(and controversial) episode 167, and even recruited with Ryo-timo(another webgen animator) for the Yozakura Quartet reboot. He animated the giant fight in Hoshi no Umi 2, and made his directorial debut in episode ten of Hana no Uta, which both stood out as unique in the action packed series.

Yamashita's style is something sakuga fans are pretty split on; some like it, or it's not some people's cup of tea. But personally, I think he has potential and his style is somewhat refreshing.

Here, you can check the video below, see what he animated, tell me what you think!

Great post! Yama is one of my favourite animators and I love what he did in Shippuden 167. People like to make fun of just two scenes, namely the face-warping and the high speed running. His cut is 7 and a half minutes long and there isn't a single still frame. Utterly original and extremely well animated. The direction by Wakabayashi is superb as well. Really helps Yama's animation style.
