| There are quite a few fics on AO3 (Archive of Our Own), and right now, the fandom tag for Lupin III results in 1,150 works. However, I agree that quality stories are hard to find. There are a number of fandom-blind stories that don't really have the Lupin trademark feel, and a number of the stories that I have read are sometimes heavy on shipping and lacking in the plot department. I've been tossing a few ideas around for heist/romance plots, especially since I'm really getting into the Takeshi Koike series and OVA, but I already have a couple of video game stories in progress. If I come across a good fic, I'll let you know! |
