♦ Staff Recruitment ♦ Hey everyone! It's been a while and we're back in action! To get started, we need YOU to help us out here with the best of your ability. Read the descriptions of each positions and see if you qualify the one you're seeking for. I hope we can get this club running smoother with gaining more staff! Happy applying (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*:･ﾟ✧  ✧ Card Makers (Mostly need for Korean editions) ✧ Spots Open: Infinite If you love making cards and are experienced at making them, this is the job for you~ Join in on editions right here and make cards for at least once a month. Communicate to the card edition planner about making new editions. You can choose from the ones that are requested by the members. ✧ Badge Makers ✧ Spots Open: 2 If you love making graphics and are experienced at making them, this is the job for you~ You will have to check the Activities thread to check what badges you need to make for winners of the challenges. You will have to add the club name, challenge name, challenge number, year & of course use a picture relating to the challenge theme. ✧ Layout Makers ✧ Spots Open: Infinite Requires experience in making layouts and be able to make the layout sets along with it which includes banners, club pictures, and headers. The theme must be related to certain events or seasons of that month. ✧ Couriers ✧ Spots Open: Requires you to check the Delivery System & help out card makers, if they need, by delivering their cards for them. ✧ Inviters ✧ Spots Open: Requires you to constantly advertise the club around & inviting people in order to increase awareness of our club & our members. ✧ Newsletter Manager ✧ Spots Open: Requires you to make newsletters every 2nd week about what's going on in the club such as challenge point updates, card editions, challenges starting, new songs to vote on & more. This will be sent to those who have signed up in the Newsletter Sign-Up thread. ✧ Song of the Week Manager ✧ Spots Open: This requires you to use polls to decide the song for the week and a poll will be open for a week. Once the song is chosen it will be up on the layout for a week & then another poll will take place to decide the next song & so on. Songs include any new K-pop, J-pop, K-rock or J-rock songs that came out that week. If there is no winner with the votes the song that has the highest views will be used. ✧ Guess the Group Manager ✧ Spots Open: You will choose any group in K-pop, J-pop, K-rock or J-rock to use for that week & give hints. The first hint will be the hardest (a quote from any one of their song's lyrics). If no one can guess by a week then a hint that's a bit easier will be given (a small synopsis of the group not giving too much away). If no one can guess by 4 days you will give a very easy hint (a clear photo of the group from either a shoot or mv). If unable to guess by the end of that week you will just give the answer & no one will win. The points will be tallied & whoever has the most points by the end of the month will receive a badge (made by a badge maker). ✧ Guess the Drama Manager ✧ Spots Open: 1 (or 2 if help needed) You will choose any Korean or Japanese drama (must be a drama & no specials) to use for that week & give hints. The first hint will be the hardest (a well known quote from the drama). If no one can guess by a week then a hint that's a bit easier will be given (a small synopsis of the drama without the title & characters mentioned). If no one can guess by 4 days you will give a very easy hint (a photo of the poster without the title). If unable to guess by the end of that week you will just give the answer & no one will win. The points will be tallied & whoever has the most points by the end of the month will receive a badge (made by a badge maker). ✧ Guess the Anime Manager ✧ Spots Open: You will choose any anime (no specials from a main series) to use for that week & give hints. These can be an anime series, a genre, character or trait (such as a species e.g vampires). There will be a week for suggestions & then they will be collected in a poll & voted on for a week. Once there is a winning theme it will be announced & a thread for drawing submissions & sign ups will be created. Those who decide to join in will be given a week to draw. The next week the drawings will be voted on who deserves to win which will last a week. I am nit a very busy person, so there won't be many times when I don't have any time. Though this week, from tomorrow until next Sunday, i will be going on a holiday so I don't know if I'll be online that much. I should be available every day, longest every second day unless said otherwise. I do have school and a job so sometimes I get busy but I love my laptop and anime, so I should always be around! ♦ ᴀᴄᴄᴇᴘᴛᴇᴅ ♦ Username: Fire-Dragon Staff Position: Song of the week manager Availability: My availability flucuates a bit depending on my work scedule so it's hard to give a proper time but I'm always available at least 1 day on weekends (but normaly both) and at least a day or two during the week if not more. With a few hours here and there on days that I'm working. I help out in a couple other clubs but I think I have enough time to help out here too. Samples of your work: I assume this is mostly for the graphics positions? I don't know how to show examples for polls but I run polls in KOREAN G✪LORE and the Beyblade Fan Club. Reason For Applying: This club looks really fun and interesting so I'd like to help out! Also making weekly song polls allows me to listen to some of the new songs that I might not have bothered with otherwise as well, so I enjoy doing it. |

♦ ᴀᴄᴄᴇᴘᴛᴇᴅ ♦ Username: tbeans10 Staff Position: Courier Availability: I am on MAL pretty much every day, with a few exceptions, but if I were in charge of anything I do have the ability to check it everyday with my phone. My time spent on a computer can range from 3-12 hours a day and I always have a page of MAL up while I'm at it. Samples of your work: I guess none for this either? As long as I get the job explained to me I can do it! Reason For Applying: I saw the comment on the BTS A.R.M.Y group and was just checking to see if you had any interesting staff positions. Hehe, if I could DM with someone and get a complete explanation of what I would be doing that would be awesome! |
