Can someone confirm for me whether it was Izuru or Matsuda who killed the student council members?

This might've just become my favorite installment on the Danganronpa franchise. Just... wow.

I really liked how Junko was presented as a character here, by humanizing her as Ryoko it is easier to sympathize with her and makes it easier for the reader to perceive this constant fight between Junko's "monstruous" side and her more "human" side. There's a particularly iffy line in DR1 where she says she did indeed felt bad for killing her sister and did cry for her. Without the context of this story I thought she was just making shit up but now it's very easy to believe that's indeed what happened. That scene where she is crying over her loss of Yousuke while still having a despair-erection was heart-wrenching. Actually the entire 2nd volume after the scene with Naegi in the start was fucking amazing.

Overall 8/10, because I don't feel it's quite up there to go with 9, but it's definitely close.

Powerful stuff.
As this was a small story regarding the dynamics between a few people, I thought it was concisely conveyed with its chosen themes and subtexts.

Docked a point from the score because I feel the translation I read wasn't the smoothest, which made some parts read awkwardly.
Here's to it getting an official localization someday.
