| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Well...damn. For what started out as such a funny episode full of Looney Tunes-esque slapstick humor, and then went sweet with the campfire dance and Makabe finally showing a bit of interest in Ranze, that ending was surprisingly dark. Ranze's mom seriously needs to chill and realize her daughter's happiness should come above all else. Still can't believe she bit her like that. At least her dad seems to understand, it was nice seeing him stand up to her for once even if he couldn't stop her. Probably taking this too seriously given the general plot and tone of this series, but she really needs a wakeup call. Hopefully this event serves as just that and she changes for the better. |

| This anime went from funnies to intense real quick. Though I doubt it will be maintaining that for long. |
