| I don't know, but I doubt it. Scanslators tend to only work on manga that is currently publishing. They rarely touch older work such as this, so you'll most likely only can read the official version. |

| Even though I own the full thing physically, I will still confused at the beginning that I somehow messed up. Knowing literally nothing about this outside of Satoshi Kon being the mangaka, I wasn't sure what direction to expect from this. Especially as I've never read any of his manga before. This is totally Satoshi Kon though, and immediately love it's connections to actually making manga. From the little catch-up info-blurbs on the sides of the pages, to seeing the creative process with the rough sketches and the backgrounds and how agonizing of a process it can be. While a pretty amusing word game plays, with Nagai and his assistant. Then at the end, he gets isekai'd into his own creation because Lin is pissed about being killed off lol. That's a pretty fun premise, looking forward to see what Kon can bring out of it. |
