| I'm currently connected with about 700 Pokemon, so I'm close to finishing up. This game is probably my 2nd favorite PMD game(1st being EoS). The characters were well developed, amazing gameplay, awesome OSTs(like always), and very nice plot twists. I do think the story was good, but improvable. The beginning felt a bit slow and the boss battles(1st half) didn't relate a whole lot with the main story. One of my biggest problem with this game is the Mega Evolution gimmick. It's very rare to get the awakening emera and what the heck is up with the "berserk" status lol. I always end up just replacing the awakening emera with another before this status takes place n_n In terms of difficulty, I think this game does a very well job. It feels just right for PMD fans. Maybe a bit hard for newcomers, but shouldn't be too big of a problem. The dungeons and bosses in the main story was pretty easy. I never died against a boss. The difficulty came into play after the main story for me. Bosses like were pretty hard. My favorite OST is definitely this one! |
