| This episode is a part of previous OVA series that was bundled with limited edition manga volumes. So, this is 7th episode of To LOVE-Ru Darkness OVA: http://myanimelist.net/anime/13851/To_LOVE-Ru_Darkness_OVA It has no direct connection to To LOVE-Ru Darkness 2nd TV series (can be considered side-story to both Darkness TV seasons), even though it features characters that appear there for the first time on screen in the second season (so if you don't read the manga, you should watch Darkness 2nd before watching this episode of Darkness OVA series). The title "To LOVE-Ru Darkness 2nd OVA" implies that this episode is an OVA of Darkness 2nd which is not true - it's just another special episode bundled with manga, just like 6 previous episodes. Proof:  Back cover of limited edition manga vol. 15. It clearly says "OVA 7", not "Darkness 2nd OVA1" (why would episode bundled with manga be named "Darkness 2nd OVA" in the first place?). |
