| I havent done anything in this club so I thought it would be fun to make a topic. This one on favorite anime characters, or manga i guess. When i say favorites it can really be any amount. One, five, ten, fifteen, more. Which ever ones you like the most. They can be in an order or completely random. Just list some favorites and give some reasons why. I will give some of mine. Also try not to spoil in your posts for people who havent seen the anime. Saber (Fate)- Saber has long been my favorite character. A strong and badass woman who has a good sense of morality and is also very pretty. She does have some weaknesses which allows her character to develop really well. Adlet Mayer (Rokka: Braves of the Six Flowers)- After rokka ended, Adlet quickly became my favorite male protagonist in anime. He has an arrogant personality and believes himself to be the strongest. But he backs it up and show real strength outside of just being a good fighter. He also is insanely smart and will surprise you, a lot, in more ways than one. His fight style is amazing too. He uses gadgets and hidden weapons and other tricks which is always fun to watch. You never know what to expect with him Fremy Speeddraw (Rokka: Braves of the Six Flowers)- Another rokka character. I loved her from the start. She has a cold personality but there is a reason for it. Her backstory is great and gives you a real reason to care for her and her relationship with Adlet is amazing. Adlet x Fremy is my otp. And her character design is amazing. Hajime Ichinose (Gatchaman Crowds)- Hajime truly is perfect. She may seem like an overenthusiastic airhead, but she isnt. She just has such a clear view on life and society that she is always able to remain positive. She is the catalyst for everything that happens in the anime. She also loves arts and crafts and uses sizzors to fight. Hajime truly did amazing things. She is a revolutionary character who changed how people look at things. After the stunt she pulled in the finale of insight, she quickly became my favorite female protagonist in anime. Shiki Ryougi (The Garden of Sinners)- One of the most interesting character in anime. She is a very cold character who has to deal with her urge to kill and her multiple personalities. She also has the mystic eyes of death perception which let her see death lines which allow to erase the existance of anything if cut. By far one of the most complex and well developed characters in anime that is hard to talk about without spoiling. Btw she uses a knife which imo is the coolest weapon. She is also very beautiful. Takane Enomoto (Mekakucity Actors)- I loved her from the very start. As a computer virus she is very obnoxious to Shintarou which is very funny. As a human she can be hard to deal with but you feel for her because of her love for Haruka and that they both have illnesses. She really does grow as a character because of this. Also she can be so adorable. Akari Acura (Chaika: The Coffin Princess)- She was hilarious. She is the adopted brother of the mc who she is deeply in love with. She is not afraid to show it and wont let anyone hurt or degrade him, even himself. She can be very sadistic and do things the are inappropriate without the other person's consent. She also uses this really cool hammer as a weapon and has a really cool transformation and she is badass af. Asada Shino (Sword Art Online)- One of the most well developed characters in anime. She made the second season for me. You start by seeing her backstory which is sad and makes you feel for her. Over time she begins to overcome it. The realism used in her character development was what made it so good. Sinon is a badass sniper too and i love her in game aqua hair. Tori Aoi (Horizon in the Middle of Nowhere)- I finished this anime recently but I already love the mc. He is extremely positive and very hyper. Nothing seems to get him down and he can be very crazy and do weird stuff. He loves to play eroge games. Everything he does is unpredictable but fun to watch. And he spends almost the entire second season naked. Like what? Love this character. Izaya Orihara (Durarara!!) The mastermind in durarara. His philosophy is so interesting and his love for humans makes him do interesting things. He loves humans so much that he wants to know everything about them. So he puts them in certain tough situations and sees how they react, all for fun. He does many cruel things but you can never hate him. He is also a pro at parkour and uses a knife. And his rivalry with shizuo has to be my favorite in anime. Kasane Kujiragi (Durarara!!) She was introduced later into the series but every scene with her has been a blast. She has a very unpredictable nature. She is a business woman who secretly is interested in otaku culture. You never know what she is going to do and will constantly surprise you while always keeping a straight face. Also love her character design, characters with glasses are the best and i love how her hair tie kinda looks like cat ears. Accelerator (A certain Magical Index/A Certain Scientific Railgun)- Accelerator is probably my favorite psychotic character. He is the most powerful esper in academy city and probably the most op character in anime. He can redirect vectors of anything that can touch his skin. In other words, you touch him, you die. You launch a projectile, he reflects it. He is absolutely crazy and when he gets into it he loves to destroy people violently but he isnt that bad of a guy. Hi relationship with Last Order is cute and shows more of his humanity. But sometimes he just loses it. Kongou (Kancolle) Easily the best girl in Kancolle. She is bright and cheery. She has spot on engrish and every scene with her is a blast. She is the definition of pure joy. Never a dull moment with Kongou Eiha (Chaos Dragon)- Eiha easily has my favorite character design in anime. She is so pretty. Besides that, her character development is great. Being a disposable weapon with a limited life, she wanted her life to mean something. She desperetely wanted to sacrifice herself to the mc to prove the she was her friend and that her life had value. Also loved her growth as you see her start to form more human like emotions. Sakurako Kujou (Beautiful Bones: Sakurako's Investigation)- Sakurako was just amazing. She pretty much knows everything about biology. She is able to determine hoe someone dies by looking at their bones. Her personality is not giving a damn what you think or about your feelings. She will tell you how it is. She isnt afraid to call you out on your stupidity. Her obsession with bones is ver interesting and i love how she loves sweets and metal music. So many great things to like about her character. Also, she is beautiful. Karen Araragi (Monogatari series)- Best monogatari girl. I love athlete type characters. She is a beast in martial arts and is insanely strong. Her personality and voice acting are amazing. I love her yellow jacket, looks really cool. And Karen is really cool and cute. Also tooth brushing is fun. Yume (Grimgar of Fantasy and Ash)- I said earlier that Saber was my favorite character in anime but Yume has been challenging that spot greatly. Everthing about her is just perfect. She has a very bright personality. She is good at reading situations. She has a very adventurous spirit and an adorable accent na. She is also very pretty. She also uses a bow and arrow, but more often uses a knife which is her back up weapon. Every moment with her on screen just makes my heart feel light from pure happiness. So that is my favorites. Was going to put less but didnt want to leave some out. Ill put some honorable mentions here.
