My brother keeps saying that they would be considered a terrorist organization.
Do they violate any international laws?

That's a difficult question.
I'm sure there are similar groups already roaming around, maybe a little more legal and obviously not with the amount of technology they had.

An average civiilian doesn't know even close to half the stuff that goes around in this world I bet.

Mithril violates SOFA and NATO agreements on the regular basis. The wouldn't be able to operate even if the technology they had exsisted
