 RULES We need more people to help us. Probably we only take 2 people for now, soon we may open for more recruitment. Some important notes: 1. Fyrus and I holds the full authority, but we don't abuse it. As long as other staffs willing to cooperate with us, we are certain that any discussion will be efficient and effective. 2. We never want extensive staff discussion, so try to be as diplomatic as possible and respect each other. 3. Help with smiles, in any occasion. Attitude and willingness to help is the priority, experiences and skills are less prioritized but of course would be plus points. 4. We will be lenient towards your daily RL schedule and all, but if we see that you are not doing your job well after some time or highly irresponsible, staff demotion will take place. WORKS NEED TO BE DONE AS STAFF Some admins staffs that needs to be done in a routine daily basis: 1. Make sure you have read and understand at least roughly how the gameplay works. SEE HERE, SEE HERE 2. Actively interacting with and helping members in all their needs. 3. Keep in track and Update Charisma Points, Rank, Money and Infamy Status every time the mission is done using the format I had given in the thread: HERE. I will occasionally check this, and make sure the staffs do their works right. 4. Update the current ongoing story. A decent writting skill is required for a good writting. The writting should be put by directly editing the Main Club Layout or submit the story to me through PM. See the example in "THE STORY SO FAR SECTION" in the main club layout. This job will be distributed well to all staffs, and I can also help. 5. Help evaluating character's abilities and creation in overall by giving suggestions to make sure they understand the format of character creation according to their mobster rank, and the balance in their character;s abilities. The evaluation will only mostly revolve around: ABILITIES, SCHEME ABILITIES, and MOB WAR ABILITIES. Fyrus and I will conduct only the final evaluation of each character after all the necessary modification recommended by the staffs have been done. Fyrus and I will be the one approving each character. Pretty sure I know almost everything about it. I'll try my best to comply to your standards. Why are you motivated to help: This club has a lot of potential, with all the new systems incorporated and whatnot. It would be amazing to see this club grow, and I sure would like to help the club achieve that goal. What the club is lacking in right now is activity, which is probably why you are looking for two additional admins. Improving or livening up the club should boost this club's success. And I could help liven up this club (especially since I have more than five months of vacation left lol). ;D Experience: For non-RP clubs, I'm currently an admin at Eternal Elysium, Lyfa's Creative Corner, Café Nowhere, Aura Glassia: The Fantasy Garden, among others. I also am currently serving as some sort of moderator in the Newbie Club. For RP experience, I'm currently an admin at Mirai High, another RP club here in MAL. I have a total of three characters there, which you can take a look at in my blog post. I have another character, Ashton Keith, in Shiroku Highschool, which is yet another MAL RP club. You can see her character sheet by clicking the link on my forum signature. My character for this club is almost complete (only thing missing now is the final part of her biography), and I think it would at least meet your standards. Admin mindset-wise, I gave you the idea of introducing the currency, vehicle, and infamy systems. If that isn't enough contribution, then I don't know what is. :P |

| BBCODE FORMAT FOR APPLYING Name:Unthinkable92 You have read the all the Rules above, know the works need to be done as staff: yes read them over so i get them nicely XD hopefully ill be good ahahah Why are you motivated to help: I love the System of this club and its really getting me happy to bring new ideas and stuff as i have recently got this enjoyment for a story behind something while it also being new i wanna be part of the long run. i also like how complex it is and how much more a person can really get involved the RP once getting their head rapped around it they would understand it quite easily with the help of us Admins which is also whats wanting me to get involved lol so i also think This club has a lot of potential. Experience: I'm currently an admin at a couple of places but the only active one is Vanila Cafe, the others are well dead ahahaha but i used to be part of the Anime Guild crew but that got too big and i hardly had anything to do so i steped down. as for experience im mainly helpful in the faults design and so on... basically im a noob to the admin thing. but i do wanna learn lol |

I also like where my rp character is going since I have also worked on him for a long time. This club won't really go anywhere without some support so I'll do my best to help it out. Though the thing is that I can't really do anything for activity like what Nice might do. Experience: Ive been rping since 2008~2011 on the Nico Nico network and MAL. I took a break around for about 3~4 years and I came back. Though I've been doing this for a very long time I never accepted admin invites and what not. I thought it would be too much of a responsibility so I never really got a chance. I'm here to become an admin so I could become aware of the things I need to do. Sometimes I can't rp often since I have college and other things. (Timezone UTC+09:00 It doesnt matter that much) |
