now that I think about this, not sure if 3D even fits this thread at all but it won't hurt.

Little tip: when making a character sketch, make sure you take into consideration the descriptions given in the story. For example, if it wrote: "Her long azure hair flowed with the wind as if the ocean had transferred its waves in the sky..." you have to take note the length, color, texture, etc. of the hair. Simply stating "she had blue hair" won't be enough to help visualize the whole picture.

When it comes to matching the design with the personality, always take into account the habits or posture of the character. Descriptions like "she twirls her hair around whenever she gets bored" greatly affects the appearance of the character in terms of behavior and/or style.

Take, for example, this character sheet from Sekaidoko:

By taking the following traits into account, we can further create a stance or habit for the character. In this case, because she's the type who likes reading, we can say that she cuffs her hands together and acts quite reserved. Because she's the school librarian, she wears something decent, not something revealing. Also, she's mute, so she must avoid conversations a lot. Thus, her mouth is closed. The breast size is optional, by the way. I only added that because "fanservice".

@Vaenny I will add it once you get them pictures.

I personally think it is done nicely when broken up into pieces and inserted into dialogue, an example I just made up:
Her turquoise hair shined and stood out reflecting the moonlight in the dark forest covered by night.
"Insert dialogue line said by her, hmm let's name her Amber, I like that name XD" Said Amber when looking at him with her big blue eyes.
"Insert dialogue line by some guy let's name him Jared (I am really bad at names)" Jared stroked her long curly hair and added "----"

Might be a bad example but I am tired and have nothing better for now.

This one would fit a mini section for smaller tips for example but I am not sure

I think know what this would fit into but I dunno how to title it or maybe rather categorize it (I really like it organised and fitted into different categories 'cause I am quite pedantic and I don't wanna have it floating around as a "I don't know where to add this")
