I'm not entirely sure this is the right place to post this but I am asking about the anime so maybe?

Either way, is the entire manga adapted into the series? because according to the page for the manga here on MAL it has 281 chapters and is already completed.
But so far I haven't been able to find the entire manga online to read so I'm assuming that it hasn't been completely translated into English so far which is fine.

I've heard that the extra episode of the last season (I think it's season 3) was a good way to finish up the story, so does that mean that they adapted the entire manga? I'd personally like to read the manga since I can just read a chapter or two when waiting somewhere, but if it has been completely adapted with the anime I might just watch that instead because of the lack of translations.

You can read the first 172 chapters on Kissmanga. There might be other sites that go further. Just because something was a good end to the story doesn't mean it was the actual end. I've read the New Game manga and watched the anime and the point that they stopped at was the most logical point in the manga for the anime to adapt up to. I would guess Working would be a similar situation. The last OVA wasn't even adapted from the manga so it is most likely a "gecko ending" meaning that it artificially gives the anime a good anime even though it wasn't exactly that great a time in the manga to stop. OreImo gave the first season a good ending and then had to make another episode to show the real version of it when they made a new season (don't quote me on this since I'm probably incorrect in their reasons for doing this).

Yeah I have downloaded chapters for the manga but it's really inconsistent with chapters 1-172 182-189 196 200 and 216 so I kind of want to wait for the manga to finish up in terms of translations but I'm also really interested in the story itself so I might just watch the anime regardless.
