Any Characters That Speak like Tsukiumi?

I love Tsukiumi's character so much! I began to wonder if there were any characters that were like her that speak in Old Japanese Language. (In the English dub, she speaks in Shakespearean English using words like "Thou" or "Thee" in place of typical pronouns.) Does anyone know any characters that speak like this?

Yep, this girl called Touka from Date Alive voiced by the same seiyuu is speaking like Tsukiumi.
