 The official website of slice of life anime A-Channel has revealed that a Blu-ray boxset, which is slated to be released on September 27, will include a new OVA episode titled "Nabe wo Tabeyou."A-Channel adapts the 4-koma manga drawn by Kuroda bb. The manga began its serialization in Manga Time Kirara Carat in December 2008 and currently has eight compiled volumes in print. The anime adaptation by Studio Gokumi was broadcast in Spring 2011 for 12 episodes. | A-Channel was a really pointless slice of life series. It's a good example of how cute girls =/= entertaining. I might still watch the OVA, though. |

| holy moly, it's been forever since I watched this. despite the original anime being average at best... an OVA being released after this much time actually has my interest piqued. I'll have to watch this, because that's pretty wild. |
| I would say this was long overdue... except A-Channel isn't even that good by moe comedy standards so I don't really care much for this regardless |

| There was, it was 2 episodes. It's called A-Channel+smile and it aired in 2012. Even if the manga is still publishing I don't think anyone in the anime community still cares about this show. |
