| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- I thought I wouldn't get too attached to these characters but here I am shaken at her mother's passing. It's incredible how much these characters have grown on me. The folks in Paris have turned out to be amazing people but now Perrine won't have it as easy. Poor girl. |
| Even though the atrocious synopsis of this show (copy-pasted from ANN) spoiled her mother's death (and pretty much the entire story ) for me several episodes back, this still managed to make me tear up. At least she died while they were among good people, and not somewhere in the middle of nowhere or on the train while travelling. |
| I literally expected this to happen from previous experiences such "Flanders no Inu" but felt sad still. At least the peoples around Perrine are very good peoples. |
