He might be considered an accomplice (debatable), and could be charged with obstruction of justice (because the arrest was in progress), however, those alone don't authorize the use of deadly force. *It could go either way in a US court (considering the outrageous legal immunity that law enforcement has here), but considering he's an unarmed minor and a Japanese citizen, in Japan, it's extremely likely she would be convicted. |
