Is globalism/nationalism replacing left/right as the most salient political divide?

Since around the time of Brexit, lots of people in the West have been asking that question. What do you think? Is it true in the Western world? Is it just a Western thing, a temporary immigrant/migrant thing, or a stable general phenomenon?
