Manga renewal/ possible 3. season?

So earlier this year it was announced that the manga for Sekirei will start up again, with its first prints coming out in July. This means that it might be a possible third season waiting for us in the future?

Someone who know how much of the allready existing material that is not adapted?

If the 3 season came out we will need to wait for the end of the manga to complete the story in my opinion but the last season has on 2010 so don't get too much
