No Game No Life (light novel)
| After rewatching the series countless times and listened to all the audio commentary's, i feel like they have been planning to adapt volume 6 since the beginning. My reasoning for this is because of the main series itself. Constantly throughout the series dont you agree that they have always seemed to talk about the great war and how Jibril has a deadly past of some sort. You also see that stephanie brings it up a few times and a few others. But in general it was also brought up quite alot throughout the series even though it was in the past. Like yeah bring it up now and then but i personally thought that it was a constant topic being brought up. And another reason for this is also in the audio commentary of episode 8 "fake end". Its basically tet and izuna playing a game of chess and talking about irrelevant things but again they mention the great war, and when izuna wants a rematch tet says not now but he continues on to say that their will be another game in the future. The movie trailer shows izuna and tet playing a game of chess and tet goes into the story of the great war then the story begins but with the constant story of the great war being bought up i think that they have planned this movie from the start. This is personally my thoughts as i just bought the blu ray with the audio commentary. The audio commentary is the reason why i believe they planned to adapt the great war from the start. Anyway, thats all i gotta say. You could say that the reason they bought it up so much was to show a deeper meaning behind the flugels but i personally thought it was brought up more often then it could it been.
