| The subject matter of this is half entertainment/half nutritional education to promote healthy weight maintenance and healthy weight lose and that it's better to eat too much of a healthy thing than too much of a bad thing and that it's better over all to avoid foods with too many calories and no nutrition like fast foods, but that one also shouldn't crash diet. There is a sequel somewhere, but it was never reprinted, so it's not available. :( Too bad. It was a very cute read for its weird content. |
