I'll probably do a re-look at my list after the transfer deadline but for now this is how it stands.

1. Chelsea - They added a top quality player to each line of team. They are better and younger this year. It is hard not pick them to repeat.
2. Man City - Pep eventually is going to get the team that he wants. He made 5 signings this Summer. His signings didn't work out that well last year but this group failing is going to take a lot of work for Pep to screw up.
3. Man United - They had a weird season that year with a lot of ties. Lukaku is going to solve that tie problem. The defense is going to have to cripple to have them finish outside of the top 4.
4. Spurs - They've brought in no one, maybe they are saving up after they're stadium is open. They have a lot of young stars on the coming up. They'll stay top 4 but it will be a down year for them.
5. Arsenal - I've been debating this for awhile. Will Salah help Liverpool more than Lacazette will help Arsenal. I just don't see that happening. If Sanchez plays for his future contract somewhere else. They will challenge for top 4 but they need another signing to pass Spurs. There is a 11 point gap from last year.
6. Liverpool - Just like Arsenal, not enough Transfer activity. They have been having to play Defense with Continuo. Losing out on signing Van Dyke because South Hampton doesn't want to sell. Looks like once again I'll predict them 6th.
7. Everton - They lost 2 of their top 3 players. They also have done a lot of reloading. There was also a huge gap between the top-7 and 8th. They'll stay 7th.
8. Bournemouth - They took a few scraps from Chelsea and still have one of the best rising mangers in the Premier League Eddie Howe.
9. West Ham - I like what West Ham did, helped several areas of the team. I still believe in Joe Hart.
10. Leicester - Brought in a Striker that I feel will be able to fill the place for the aging Jamie Vardy.
11. West Brom - The Defense is intact but that is really all you can say about the team this year.
12. Southampton - from 8th to 17th last season was separated by 6 points. So what does Southhampton do in the transfer window? Nothing.
13. Stoke City - They lost their best player but a lot of other teams seem to want to move down the Championship more than Stoke.
14. Brighton - I'm a fan of Mathew Ryan. I want to see what he'll be able to do the Premier League.
15. Swansea - They'll stay where they were last season, no improvements. Haven't lost Gylfi Sigurdsson yet.
16. Newcastle - A lot will need to be done to get back into the top 10 for Newcastle but they are here to stay in the Premier League
17. Burnley - They lost Michael Keane, huge lost, but they still have Tom Heaton. I believe that will be enough for them to stay one more year in the top division
18. Huddlesfield - Transfer wise, they want to stay. They are going to have a whole new team. But no one really that noteworthy. That is what is going to cost them.
19. Crystal Palace - This team had the chance to be top 10 last season, then everything fell apart. Now they get rid of Steve Mandanda? Good Luck in Championship next year.
20. Watford - A few years ago this team was on the up and up. This is going to be my surprise exit of the season. They were one spot off going down last season. Tom Cleverley is going to save them.

I don't like it just as much as the next guy but we haven't done enough in the transfer window in my opinion =/.

I'll update or maybe post the rest later, but for top 7:

1st: Man City (Impressive attack already, now a strong defence too, hard to see them not in top spot)
2nd: Chelsea (Haven't strengthened enough to challenge on multiple fronts)
3rd: Arsenal (If Lacazette and Sanchez bag 20+ each we could be in a good spot)
4th: United (Strengthened in key areas but still a lot of work to be done)
5th: Liverpool (Salah is a great signing but CL + PL will be tough for them, if they get to CL)
6th: Spurs (Haven't strengthened at all, have lost Kyle Walker, pretty thin 11)
7th: Everton (They will be much closer to the top 6 but still 7th)

1. Man City - if Agüero is healthy and their backline holds then easily they'd smash the title by a mile of goals.
2. Chelsea - idk if Alvaro Morata can fire them as back 2 back champions but hey, he came from the best team in football last season.
3. Arsenal - Its a realistic title challenge only losing by GD.
4. Liverpool - they will be the new solid 4th place team if they dont get a CB.
5. Man United - Its either us or United in 5th.
6. Spurs - they'll fall down hard this season with a lot of draws against teams they should be winning against.
7. Everton

So let's go look at my predictions before the transfer window opens.
Well I projected Chelsea to win the league, that isn't happening obviously. I still feel they have all the pieces but Eden Hazard not playing like a star. Mancity is just playing like it's a video game though. I can see them winning for years now if no ones catches up.

Liverpool is doing a good job though. They altready have Keita coming in next season as well as Van Dijk for a whopping 75 million pounds. So they are going to finish above as it stands right now. Defense has been Liverpool's issue.

Everton's fall was unexpected but they are bouncing back. Same with Bournemouth. I've finally been right with Southampton's decline happening. Watford found a way to get more goals than I ever thought. Brighton been showing up as expected but Huddersfield has gone with them.

The biggest surprise though is the old guard starting to wither away as in West Brom, West Ham, Stoke. Their fall could help keep up Crystal Palace that I thought would go down.

Then you look at who potentially might go up, it is all new faces. Sunderland is almost in the relegation zone to division 3. Some of these teams might not be back for a long time. So it will be interesting to see what happens the rest of the season. But the fear is there everyone. If I can happen to Sunderland, If i can happen to West Brom, hell if it can happen to Everton, when will Arsenal slip this far to be in a relegation zone battle?

I think I successful have no one in the right spot that I predicted XD.

I really liked Chelsea's signing going into the season but something was just wrong emotionally with the club. The Drama with Diego Costa and Conte just looking like a shell of himself...it was just sad. Then I knew ManCity was going to be good. I did not think it would turn into this when he finally got the players he wanted...it was like a bloody video game. +79 Goal DIff and 100 Points. I know who I'm picking next year to win XD.

This went exactly how I predicted. They did the job in the transfer market to bring in the right people to get rid of their tie problem. Led to a lot more points and if Chelsea was on point I would of had a correct position. I predicted Spurs to get top-4. They have superstars and Kane and Alli played like them.

I said Arsenal would not be top-4. We did not address our defense well in the transfer window. But no one expect Salah to turn INTO THIS. I had Liverpool finishing 6th. When I said that Van Dyke was not on Liverpool yet but they still need more defensive help to stay Top-4 next season.

Everton has always been that 7th team. it was really surprising to see how terrible they were at the beginning of the season but they brought in the right manager to steer the ship right. I have no idea for next season though. I'm very happy to see Bournemouth stay in the Premier League but they were off 5 points of where I thought they should be in 8th. Defoe can be considered done. King or Wilson have to be a double digit scorer.

Man what happened to West Ham this season? I know the issues with the atmosphere after the move but...they looked like they were in relegation mode. David Moyes came in to keep the team up and 13th is really good compared to where they were before. The problem is when Aaron Cresswell might be your best player right now. Vardy had a good season but clearly not enough is around him. He will age out eventually but they still finished 1 spot higher than I predicted.

West Brom kept things intact...and yet they come in last? It was a very weird season when it comes to who was relegated. This was shocking. For my entire life West Brom was a mid-table team. This should be a warning side to Arsenal. It can happen if you slip enough. Southampton finally showed the dip I've been predicting from selling to many players. Selling Van Dyke almost relegated them!

Stoke City...the worst goal differential this season. The defense juggernaut collapsed. Fantastic. Goodbye and hopefully their top players will force a move. Butland for Arsenal anyone? I said Matty Ryan would make a difference in Brighton staying up and they did. 10 Clean Sheets from him. They even had Glenn Murray get over 10 goals. They might be fine to stay for next year as well. Just improve the midfield more.

Well Swansea did lose Gylfi Sigurdsson but it isn't like he made a difference for Everton. What a collapse though. 3 points in their last 9 games? Completely deserved relegation. Newcastle United could of been 8th if they didn't lose 4 out of their last 5 games. But overall it was a better season than I predicted. They all well coached. The Jordies are here to stay.

I was a whole 10 places off for Burnley. I believe this was the best coached team this season when you look at the talent on the field. Get Sean Dyche better talent and they might actually pass Arsenal if they don't do their job this transfer window. I felt that Huddlesfield bought in a lot of players this offseason but it wouldn't be enough. But they were safe by 4 points.

Crystal Palace had an opposite season of last year. They were a joke the first half of the season and then put it all together in the second. Hats off to them on proving me wrong. Now can they keep Zaha is the next question? Watford just did enough. They had a lot of players with 5 goals. Their best was 7 goals. Not enough for me to believe in them next season but will see if they change things up with some more Premier League Money coming in.

So that concludes me going through my predictions...hopefully it won't be as shit next year XD.
