| It's not a sure indication, but seeing that Episode 8 is subtitled "Case 20" gives me some hope that it could be a split-cour show. |

| I think they'll finish the plot in the remaining episodes. Maybe OVA to fill the missing case numbers. Would be weird to have a complete 2nd season to just get an episode for every case # when the final plot now gets finished. Of course they could just again jump back in the timeline showing earlier cases for the next episodes. But that would be very bad. After episode 10 everyone wants to know how it continues directly after where they finished there. They could finish the main plot with the next episodes (not jumping back) and make a 2nd season continuing from there (without ever animating the other missing cases which are probably side stories like all the other stuff). |

It might be a rush ending since I don't think all things to be resolve will fit in the remaining episodes. Well I do hope atleast an OVA comes out explaining the remaining cases. |

| This is an original anime so maybe we will get a second season (like Aldnoah Zero) but it all depends on the sales after the anime ends. If we don't get a second season I think we will get a couple of ovas (specially if you consider the studios that are in charge of this anime). |
| The case number in some of the episodes were in the 20s and the anime is not in chronological order and there has not been too much plot progression. So I thought it MUST be a two cour. Now it is confirmed to be 12 episodes, I think it has to be a split cour or at least get a second season. |

| Just finished. Yeah, they left this completely open for another season. Besides, there are still some loose ends. |
