I need a bit of help

Hi all,i watched the anime but as you all know it ended and left us (the one that didnt read the manga) on the edge and i want to find out how the story goes on.But idk if i should start reading the manga from the beginning or just continue where the anime left of and if so what chapter did the anime end on.

The anime ended at manga chapter 92.
The anime had more sexual fanservice and less gore but the manga has so much more information so I recommend you to start from chap. 1.
