I have been wondering this for a while.

All the Blood Techniques use blood from the user, right? And Klaus has techniques which are particulary huge crosses. Shouldn't he suffer from blood loss, like in Kill La Kill? Or have I been misunderstanding how the techniques works?

Maybe those huge crosses were made with just very tiny droplets of blood. Just like Steven using just a drop of blood to freeze even a very gigantic creature.

But the cross seems to be more like a huge amount of blood compressed that some drops being expanded.

Yeah, in one of the first episodes Zapp attatches his blood to a moving veichle so that Chain can follow it, and ends up in the hospital, where they tell Libra that the blood they give to Zapp was just disappearing.
I also find it interesting that Zapp, Zed, and Klaus never get lightheaded or anything from using too much of their blood to fight, because there's no way that as much of the blood that they're using could fit inside their body. The average adult only has a gallon and a half of blood in their body anyway, I'd guess they would use at least 30-40 gallons of blood to fight.
