| That's God damn beautiful! This series, despite being inevitably inferior to the original Kino Anime, really shines when it can, this beautiful message and last week's jumble of quick stories and the Novel's author's first ever Anime ending message - the Anime afterword country. This series of Kino works much better being watched after watching the original. Brings new light to the characters and develops a lot of the side characters and that's super refreshing, but this series alone for example doesn't introduce newcomers to who Kino really is very well, thus making it harder to relate to her and like her after watching so little of her on screen. |

| ^dunno about that, but most watcher who never watch 2003 seems pretty okay withe the 2017. And it does pretty good job introducing the main cast. People keep complaining so little Kino when she's in focus for what? 8 episodes out of 12? Even in ep 8 she still got the most screen time. |
