Isn't Noucome an ecchi anime ?

This anime jokes mainly turn around the sex, even if their is not a lot of visual suggestion, isn't suffisant to make this anime an ecchi ?
If yes, how can we add ecchi to the genres ?

This should be tagged harem and comedy, ecchi wouldn't make a lot of sense since I don't see any ecchi elements as of now.
