| Some of the digital production experimentation in this episode looked really bad! The saber dolls' reaction to the events are consistent with their characters, at least. Panther, who represents action, becomes inactive by passively floating in a pond. Tiger, who is emotion, attempts to erase her heart. Contrasting these despairing reactions, Luchs, who is intellect, secretly investigates and finds out the truth I'm sure will be explicitly revealed in the next episode; that isn't Faust. Luchs tricked him with the Baby's Breath in a vase; he wouldn't have reacted that way to the symbol he himself gave to the dolls. The real Faust is seen stopping Tiger from suicide. Lorelei also realized it intuitively. It's high time her connection with Faust, explained in the first series, became important. |
