| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Better than the first movie. That Fist of the North Star reference came out of nowhere and I love it. It's a nice nod to the fact that Akira Kamiya voices both Kinnikuman and Kenshiro. This movie was screened 2 months after the first episode of Fist of the North Star,too, so FotNS references must have been pretty relevant. Weird to think that at one point in time FotNS was "the new thing" and now it's hailed as a classic and plenty of anime allude to it and parody it today. I'd like it if more comedy anime had references to the voice actors' roles; the only other anime I can think of that do that are Pop Team Epic, Lucky Star and Gintama. Oh, and that Dr. Slump reference was nice, too. |

| Nice movie, with a cool enemy and an actual great final fight, only wish it could be a little longer. Princess Bibimbap is a fierce competitor to Mari-chan, very cute and sexy. |
