Major S5 OST?

Hey, I really like the song played in the last episode of this seaon played from 17:37mins to 19:00mins (I'll just give you the times to save from spoilers). It's really motivating!

Problem is, I can't seem to find the OST for anything other than S1 (which it is not a song from, I checked the entire OST...). Can someone please help me find the name of the song and/or an audio recording of it without the overlaying voices? Thanks :)
