 The official website for mangaka Yuu Asagiri has announced that she died on October 27 from heavy pneumonia. She was 62 years old.She debuted releasing Hikari Mezashite Tondeike in 1976. She is well known for publishing Nanairo Magic and Kon na Panic, and received 11th Kodansha Manga Award in 1987 for Nanairo Magic. Not just shoujo manga, she also published BL manga and novels.
