| The lack of water has severe implications for Riko in the present. I wonder if that's why Mitty is being brought back... for Riko to have an endless supply to stay alive, like Wazukyan did with Irumyuui's "babies". We've had a fair bit of foreshadowing for Riko eventually crossing the moral event horizon, too. |

| The interfaces said that round relics are shaped of whises. So all relics are shaped by the emotions of the living(and dead maybe) creatures of that place and have a pattern... Wow good info. is the Abyss mankinds beliefs on something greater? it was twice referred as God... also, who the fuck built those guys in the first place and how much do they now? |

I was thinking they were all gonna mutate and somehow survive by something Faputa (Irumyuui or whatever) does and hence be the people of the village on the 6th layer where Riko and Reg currently are. But they actually just found a cure somehow. Wow. I'm guessing it has something to do with a "babies." Given that this is made in abyss I wouldn't be surprised if it was like ground up baby mush or something. Shit tho, now that everyone is cured how in the hell to we get to the point where Belafu and such get mutated? Can't wait for the next. |

| That last page just makes you feel sick. lol I hope Veruko (was that her name?) wasn't just force-fed her surrogate daughter....if it was the rabbit babies, okay but please, not the kid....... Girl doesn't need that trauma in her life. |

| I mean, I went through the 4th Layer thing and the Bondrewd arc without problems, sure, there were pretty gross and terrifying scenes (the amateur amputation, Nanachi's past, loli spilling noises...), but this chapter was way too much for me. For the first time in 50 chapters, Made in Abyss has managed to genuinely terrify me. I don't know if I should be amazed or horrified... And we still didn't get to the part when the expedition team's members become Narehates. Also, previous chapters ago I thought Irumyuui was Faputa, but considering her state, I wouldn't be surprised if she is a descendant of Irumyuui that ended surviving and the reason why she wants revenge against the beings of Irublu is for eating her siblings and/or for leaving her mother in that state. |

| What a tragedy, I feel especially sorry for Irumyuui and Vueko, they have suffered so much. The Abyss has once again shown it's unforgiving nature and in such a downright disturbing manner to boot, but at the same time it was also incredibly fascinating. It's been a while since I've read a chapter which absorbed me like this one. |

| i thought they sacrificed Irumyuui/Faputa out of greed or some dumb shit based on what Vueko said several chapters ago but they had to do it or everyone was fucked, not their fault her weird ass wished for rabbit babies |
