Oh please, spare me the horror of an ova for this anime.
If there was an ova, it'd be super boring with them doing daily life stuff and I'm sure most wouldn't wanna watch something like that.

I'd really love to see another episode to close the loose ends-not that there were very many of them.

I liked this show, but the more I think about it the more dissatisfied I am with the ending and think it deserves a sequel. Recap; Hitomi is sent back it time where she learns about life, friendship and gets her colors back, she falls in love with a boy who loves her, and they are a "couple" for 2 seconds before time separates them. But she is a mage who can travel through time, so is that really a barrier? Remember;
1- Granny sent her to the past (or maybe gave Hitomi's own magic a jumpstart)
2- the 60 year old sand can be gathered in 1 night
3- Granny future can communicate with granny past
4- The warning Kohaku got by text (ep 11) specified time travellers from the future risk time problems, Aoi going into the future should not be at risk.
5- Hitomi sent herself back to the future.

If P.A. Works wants to leave it as is, it is an ok show. But they could reasonably make a sequel. It would take 1 thing, a reasonable expectation that Hitomi is not changing the past because she finds evidence in the future that says she has already been to the past again. Like future granny knew she would send her to the past because past Kohaku grew up to be future granny.

Hitomi at the end of the last ep goes to a cemetery to bring flowers to someone's tomb, probably Yuito, and I can easily saythat with the presence of that scene the anime is over.

i dont know but i personally prefer not.

i'm kinda dissapointed cuz there's so much potential of this anime concept. The first 2 epsiode of this anime is too good but it's ruined by no plot progress and incosistent story progress too.

and also this anime originally written by the creator of nagi no asukara and maquia. i wonder why this anime become mess :\

I like how it ended I think it shows her moving on and looking FORWARD to life.

Also I think the grave is her mothers. When she mentioned her mother to her grandmother I think was the key to realizing who it was.

I'm happy if they make a recap movie but in after story style in Hitomi's perspective (with her current friends & club members)...like previous series of Ano Hana & its recap movie...it can tell what happen to Hitomi life next in her time also answered what real happen to the rest of the club members (is it died, still live & aged etc.)...and if they still live, reunion of course....

But if PA Works want to expand this show, I'm agreed we can have 2nd season like @WinterGR4 said...Hitomi can just learn more on time travel magic in her time and if she succeed, she can travel back to the past in order to meet others in their age...

This anime is over. She already went to Yuito's tomb. Nothing left to work with here.
